on 1 April 2003 and has been drafted in order to meet the
standards set out in the European Data Protection Directive
95/46/EC.

What information is used by Britannia International?
We use the personal data you have provided to supply you
with the information or advice you have requested. The information
and personal data is only collected and used for the purpose(s)
for which it was provided. It is never sold or shared with
any other third parties outside the Britannia Group and
its authorised agents, unless you have been advised otherwise
at the time of giving your details. Your details are collected
when you complete forms, request reference notes and guidelines,
send us an e-mail, or when you communicate with us in any

What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small amount of information recording details
of your visit to our web site, but does not identify you.
The cookie is created by our web server and saved on your
PC's hard drive. The next time you visit our web site the

Aggregate information is used to show us the total number
of visits to our web site and which parts of the site are
used the most. Aggregate information does not identify individuals,
as it does not contain any personal data. This information
helps us in developing our web site and improving the service
we offer you.
Use and disclosure of personal information
Your information and personal data is not disclosed, sold
or shared with any other organisations outside the Britannia
Group.
Some information is held and processed by our Internet Service
Provider, but it is only held and processed for and on our
